We are building inSIDEkonnect based on our firsthand struggles as diverse businesses battling those words above versus reality. As former corporate professionals turned diverse suppliers running our own firms, we repeatedly hit walls of disparate systems, opaque processes, and mismatched opportunities in pursuing corporate contracts - an echoed frustration of diverse suppliers nationwide.

After years of many other “solutions” admiring the problem, we are change agents leveraging new technologies to simplify certification, amplify visibility, and integrate connections. We consolidate fractured touchpoints so high-potential minority, women, veteran, and LGBTQ+ owned firms can securely showcase credentials to aligned buyers. Because when barriers exist for some, they restrict collective economic potential.

As BIPOC founders, our mission is very personal. We’re building the platform we needed when pursuing that first elusive contract—one that finally moves the needle on equitable access to business growth opportunities. With market trends pointing to groups like ours being left behind in the emerging wealth gap, our passion drives us to be part of the solution through the robust American business engine.
